Keep what your practice needs.

Every new practice can try Practice Plus first. After the trial, choose Core for manual stock control or Practice Plus for monitoring and automation.

Choose your plan

Same stock record. Different levels of automation.

Core runs the complete manual stock workflow. Practice Plus adds the monitoring and automation that tells you before stock expires or runs low and reduces delivery admin.

Automatic invoice intake through the practice DBX ONE address

Automatic invoice intake creates an expected delivery. It never increases physical stock by itself. Someone at the practice still confirms what actually arrived.

One stock ledger underneath both plans. Moving between Core and Practice Plus does not rebuild room balances or stock history. If a practice moves from Plus to Core, existing expiry metadata is retained so it is available again if Plus is re-enabled.

30 days of Practice Plus.

Try expiry monitoring, low-stock alerts, FEFO and automatic invoice intake alongside the full stock workflow. No automatic paid conversion: keep Plus, move to Core or stop.

How the split works

Core runs the stock process. Practice Plus watches it for you.

Core
  • Staff open STOCKROOM to see Critical or Empty items
  • Supplier invoices are uploaded manually
  • Stock rounds and room replenishment work normally
  • Stock balances, targets, search, Shopping and audit history stay available
Practice Plus
  • Low-stock and expiry warnings can reach staff proactively
  • Invoices can arrive through the practice's unique DBX ONE intake address
  • FEFO recommends the earliest-expiring available lot first
  • An operator can override FEFO when the physical stock picked is different; the override is recorded

Try it first

Use Practice Plus before you choose.

See whether the monitoring and automation save enough work. After 30 days, keep Plus, move to Core or stop; nothing becomes paid until the practice agrees.
